This vacation rental on Hatteras Island, North Carolina is in the perfect location for anyone looking to enjoy a beach getaway filled with activities such as fishing, boating, jet skiing, and much more besides. Guests can walk to the beach within minutes and relax in the sun, head off on a coastal walk, and even enjoy a horseriding trip on the sand.

The rental can accommodate up to seven guests. There are three bedrooms with one queen-size bed and five twin beds between them. There are also two full bathrooms. The communal areas are well furnished and have a rustic aesthetic. The living room has a sofa and armchairs, and guests will also find the large dining table in this space. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything that glampers could need to prepare meals each day.

Outside, guests can sit out on the sundeck and enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun from the comfort of the rental. On a cooler day, there is a screened porch where guests can sit together and enjoy each others company, or maybe indulge in a good book, making the most of quieter moments during the trip. This involves using water to power a board or a craft into the air. Guests can also enjoy horse riding along the coast or chartering a boat out to sea to spot whales and dolphins emerging from the waves. Buxton Woods Nature Trail is a beautiful hiking route filled with nature and wildlife. Near the trail, guests can visit the fascinating Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, built in the late 19th-century, and a beacon of historical importance to the region. There is also the Avon Fishing Pier and the Frisco Art Center for a more cultural day out.
