The master bedroom includes one queen-size bed, the second bedroom includes one double bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. There are additional sleeping quarters in the living room with one futon, and in the basement with one queen-size futon. Both full bathrooms include a toilet and a combination tub and shower, the half bathroom is located in the basement and only includes a toilet. The living room includes plenty of sitting room, a television, and a gas fireplace that's perfect for spending cold nights by.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes anything a guest may need during their stay such as a coffeemaker, a four-ring stove, a dishwasher, a blender, a freezer, a grill, an icemaker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.
