The luxurious master bedroom has a king-size bed, while there is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and three single bunk beds in the final bedroom. One of the spacious bathrooms has a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a jetted bathtub. In each of the other two bathrooms, there is a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.

In addition, there are 11 acres of rolling hills, trails, and untamed mother nature. The grounds include a 50-foot heart shaped koi and goldfish pond with a waterfall, an oversized handcrafted sweetheart chair, along with a myriad of outdoor seating areas, fountains, tables, sculptures, fire pits, and tiki torches. Fire logs, torch fluid, BBQs, and fish food is all left for guests to enjoy. A picnic blanket is also included for those looking to enjoy a meal by the sweetheart pond or take the trail down to the meadow and picnic by the stream.
