This secluded log cabin is nestled in the Smoky Mountains of Macon County, North Carolina, and boasts amazing lake and forest views. The log cabin can comfortably sleep eight guests between four bedrooms. The master suite along with another bedroom features queen-size beds, while additional guests can sleep in the loft-style bedrooms. The basement contains a bunk bed set with a queen-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size above. If guests need a crib, they can find one within the cabin.

In the living room, guests will find two sofas and an electric fireplace. There is also an entertainment center with a 32 inch TV, a home theatre projector, and a sound system with an 84-inch screen, plus satellite television with over 215 channels. The fully equipped kitchen has everything guests need to prepare all their meals at the cabin including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a stove, a microwave, a blender, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and dishwasher, along with essential pots and cooking utensils. Guests can share meals around the indoor dining table.

The cabin is just a short distance away from Lake Nantahala where guests can go for fishing or swimming, or for the more adventurous, white water rafting, canoeing, and kayaking venues are a short drive away on the Nantahala and Ocoee Rivers. Animal lovers will jump at the opportunity to go horseback riding, with several nearby stables offering guided horseback trail riding through the mountains. A Llama Trek is also on offer, taking guests to hidden waterfalls for a gourmet lunch. If at any point guests feel like they need to reconnect with civilization, the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad in nearby Dillsboro and Bryson City offer several scenic excursions, or guests can take a scenic one and a half to two-hour drive to many interesting cities such as Asheville, North Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia.
