This spectacular beach getaway rental is located in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

There are five bedrooms and six full bathrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and a double-size futon, in addition to "his" and "her" separate master bathrooms, and even a laundry room. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms have queen-size beds, whereas the last room features two twin-size beds. There’s also a double-size sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom where guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower/tub combination. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find two comfortable couches, armchairs, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a small table for children. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, as it comes with double appliances: two stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, and two coffeemakers. Theirs is also a large refrigerator, a blender, a toaster, plenty of pantry space, and a breakfast counter with seating for five. The large dining table provides seating for 10.

Other amenities include a dishwasher, a stand-alone ice maker, a second (smaller) fridge, a second washer and dryer set on the first floor, an iron, a telephone, access to satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and even an elevator.

Outside, there are vast decks and an unscreened porch that feature lovely patio furniture and even a swing. There is a nice sitting area underneath the property that hosts a hammock, a picnic table, and a charcoal barbecue grill, not to mention an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Additionally, there’s ample parking for a large group.
