This private tree house is located on Lake Hartwell in Seneca, near Greenville, South Carolina and can accommodate two guests. There is one queen bed in the tree house. Guests are allowed access to the main house for a daily breakfast prepared by the resident chef and are encouraged to use the full kitchen, as well as the full bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. Although the tree house does not have air conditioning or heat, there is a fan, and guests can use Wi-Fi anywhere on the property. There is a washer and dryer inside the main house for guests who wish to do laundry.

Outside, guests are encouraged to become one with nature, as they are sleeping in the trees. The host has kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes for glampers interested in spending time on the lake.

Just 15 minutes from Clemson University and 45 minutes from Greenville, South Carolina, a stay on the property on Lake Hartwell not only allows for peaceful and secluded rest and relaxation, but also access to major cities. In such a prime location, there is only room for exploration and enjoyment, whether it be in the nearby woods or the shops in Greenville.

Identifying as a Treehouse Learning Center, the property aims to teach guests more about sustainable living through tours of the property, showcasing on-site energy production, and how it reintroduces waste into the ecosystem. Tools and training are also provided for guests interested in getting involved. The tree house collective has kayaks and canoes for guests to use out on Lake Hartwell, as well as bikes available for riding around the area and into nearby Clemson.

In Clemson, guests will find the South Carolina Botanical Gardens, the Fort Hill Plantation, the Bob Campbell Geology Museum, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Guests interested in venturing into Greenville, just 45 minutes away, will find a multitude of recreational activities, such as biking along the Swamp Rabbit Trail (a former railroad corridor), eating at the many different delicious restaurants and shopping throughout walkable downtown Greenville, strolling through the Market on Main Street, a farmer's market that operates on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., or even visiting the Greenville County Museum of Art to examine the largest public collection of watercolors by realist artist Andrew Wyeth. Greenville also has its own "Children's Museum of the Upstate" for guests looking for family fun.
