Set near Luna Lake in Alpine, this cabin rental is perfect for small families interested in exploring the spectacular White Mountains of Eastern Arizona. Sleeping up to five guests, this camping escape comes set with cozy carpeted flooring, beautiful wood paneling and large windows for plenty of morning sunlight and cool afternoon breezes. Upon entering, guests will find a living space with a plush lounge chair and a pullout sofa bed for two guests. Here they will also find a wood-burning stove for chilly winter evenings and a dining area which can seat up to three guests.
Just past the dining table, there is a narrow, well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a stove top with four burners. Guests will have all the necessities here, including an oven and counters for prepping meals. Just off the kitchen, glampers will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin roll away. Additionally, guests will find a lovely private bathroom with a shower.
The hosts provide comfort and luxury with stunning modern amenities and facilities, such as an on-site restaurant in the lodge, however, a rustic old-world charm is maintained throughout the getaway, with no cell service or televisions, for a truly unique outdoor experience. Guests can, however, stay connected with the Wi-Fi on the property. Glampers are welcome to take advantage of the lodge lobbies and sitting areas where they will find open fireplaces and wood-burning stoves. All the log cabins are heated for comfort and warmth during winter, and each cabin features an equipped kitchen.
There is a restaurant located on the site which is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week. Guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet, which is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Glampers will also have lunch from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Lastly, there is a 'Cowboy Cook Out' which takes place every Saturday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Memorial Day weekend to Labor day weekend. Located in the Bush Valley of Arizona, this property offers a plethora of jaw-dropping wildlife and unlimited outdoor activities. Head to the Blue Vista Scenic Overlook and take in the views at an elevation of 4,000 feet above the valleys below. Here, guests can see the immaculate Mogollon Rim, as well as views of the Blue Range and other mountain peaks. Glampers can also head to the nearby Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, a paradise of nature in all seasons. This forest is home to over 400 species of fish and big game including elk, deer, antelope, and bear.
Along with sightseeing the natural wonders of this region, guests can also explore the surrounding area on horseback, go fishing at the Blue Fish Hatchery or, for the adventurous types, go mountain biking. Additionally, guests can take advantage of plenty of winter activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking. Kids can go sledding right on the property and families can enjoy the convenience of having plenty of snow trails right out their front door! The trails on the site are free of charge and, at an elevation of 9100 feet, offer fresh snow and one of the longest winter seasons in the state!
