About this place
This pristine cabin is perfect for tranquil getaways in Arizona. Vacations here mean that guests can chill in a newly updated, ultra-stylish 1970s A-frame cabin on a fully fenced and secure half-acre of pine trees just a two-hour drive from most parts of the valley.
This is not a typical dusty, dark, dated mountain cabin, and guests looking to spend a vacation in Arizona lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book, making dinner and watching the stars, or sleeping in, have found their perfect Arizona glamping rental. There's one king bed and two super-sturdy queen bunk beds, which are great for kids, and suitable for adults too. This cozy Arizona cabin but was built in 1973 and there are two covered decks - a small one on the front, and a larger deck on the back (the main entrance). The rear deck includes a generous-sized picnic table and grill/smoker.
The cabin has two levels, the main living space/kitchen/desk/bathroom is on the first floor, and the second-floor loft includes two-bedroom areas separated by a curtain for privacy. The larger bedroom includes a brand-new Tuft & Needle king bed, and the other space includes two queen bunks on a custom-made, super-sturdy (most are not) solid frame suitable for kids and adults (most bunks are very cheap and rather unstable).
The stairs are open-style and quite steep, with short risers, so guests should be cautious moving up and down. The hosts have added traction strips on each stair, but guests should be careful as they're steep (not atypical to A-frames). The living space also includes an original wood stove, which the hosts have converted to electric with an electric insert (guests should not burn anything in the fireplace).
Outside, glampers have a patio area with a functioning charcoal BBQ/smoker, a firepit with plenty of seating (guests should bring their own firewood), and an outdoor dining area along with some yard games and toys for kids.
