According to legends, the infamous outlaw Billy the Kid himself stayed at this very cabin. Nestled under a large walnut tree, the recently-renovated cabin includes a queen-size bed, accommodating up to two guests, in addition to a bathroom, seating areas, and a library containing an eclectic range of books. Glenwood is known for the Catwalk National Recreation Trail, Gila National Forest, and the Aldo Leopold Wildness, meaning glampers will have an abundance of space in which to enjoy hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and relaxing. Cosmic Campground, the first Dark Sky Sanctuary in North America, can also be found in close proximity to the property. At night, the dark skies are perfect for stargazing.
