This charming yurt is perfectly located for glampers to enjoy a getaway surrounded by mountain views. Set in the heart of the Cibola National Forest, New Mexico, an area of 1.6 million acres of trees, meadows, and mountains, with climbing areas and some stunning, scenic trails, the yurt is still less than 15 minutes drive from Albuquerque.

The yurt can sleep up to three guests. There is a king-size bed and a futon, and all bedding and linens are provided by the hosts. There is a clean, sun drenched, outdoor bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet, and the hosts have provided towels for guests to use. The rental is well furnished with a wardrobe, nightstands, and lamps, and has a cozy aesthetic. Other amenities inside the yurt include both air conditioning and heating, as well as High Speed Internet and Dish TV.

Glampers also have a wonderful outside area to make the most of during their stay. There is a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with cooking essentials, such as a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and a toaster, and there is outdoor seating so guests can enjoy some al fresco dining. Glampers can also enjoy the use of some on-site games, such as horseshoes, or they can enjoy some friendly competition with a game of ping pong. There is also a giant swing!

Nestled in the gorgeous New Mexico wilderness, getting in touch with nature is a must when staying at this rural glamping site. Nature enthusiasts can make their way to Cibola National Forest where they can hike, bike, or horseback ride through the rugged terrain and admire the gorgeous flora and fauna as they go along. Keen fishers can cast their lines in Bluewater Lake and try to reel in a big catch before heading to Albuquerque to visit the Petroglyph National Monument. In the winter, guests can ski or snowboard down the powdery slopes at Sandia Peak Ski Area before heading home to sip on a mug of hot cocoa.
