This is a private, high-end, yet comfortable, 6000 sq. ft. two story double adobe home on 5 acres, sleeping 10+, and filled with New Mexican and Native American art and decor. The property overlooks the the million acre Carson National Forest with exceptional views. Perfect for a family-friendly mountain retreat, executive retreat, workshops, and small weddings.

There are four master suites, each with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a kiva fireplace, a walk-in shower, and a jetted bathtub. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the last bedroom has two single beds. Additional nomad single beds can be set up wherever needed. The sofa sleeper and couches allow the retreat to be extended for larger groups.

In the living room, guests will find a new smart TV, a DVD player, a kiva fireplace, a full wet bar, and a player piano. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a professional range, a fridge, and a freezer. Other kitchen equipment also included; a blender, a coffee machine, a crockpot, a waffle iron, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, and all utensils. Amenities featured are high-speed fiber internet, a washer, a dryer, and a games room with another smart TV/DVD player.

Extensive grounds and gardens make outdoor living fun here. The lovely front courtyard garden with a table and chairs make perfect for a morning coffee. Guests can grill out on one of two grills/BBQ in the back gardens. A rock waterfall, a waterlily pond, a lavender garden, a ramada for dining, and a summer swing are all there for guest enjoyment.

During ski season, 4WD or AWD with clearance is required.

There are ceiling fans, radiant floor heating, and fireplaces with firewood provided for guests and their comfort. For laundry purposes, there is a washing machine, a clothes dryer, laundry detergent, and an iron and board. In terms of safety there is a safe and also a security system, moreover, parking is available in the large circular driveway and high-speed wireless internet for all guests. In terms of entertainment, there is a large screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player.
