Description of Glamping Units
This eco-resort offers Eco-Tents which are wood framed, soft-sided structures that offer guests a more intimate connection with the outdoors.
Premium Eco-Tent - These 14 units are situated higher along the upper road or along the eastern end to take full advantage of the cooling trade winds. All have stunning panoramic ocean views, overlooking Drunk Bay, Ram Head or Salt Pond Bay.
Eco-Tent - Eleven independent units perch like tree houses along the hillside. Each unit has a composting toilet, a solar-heated hot water shower, refrigeration, a 2-burner propane stove, kitchen supplies, and a private deck. Lighting and fans are powered by a 12 volt photovoltaic system. Most units sleep five comfortably, and a few of them will accommodate six. Four of these units are wheelchair accessible. Read More

The National Park has thousands of pristine acres at your disposal and what’s even better, it’s right at your doorstep! The site also has a freshwater pool where guests can either take a dip or just lounge in the sun or under an umbrella. An open air pavilion is available for guests to meditate, stretch or simply hang out - the views are spectacular and the deer have been known to visit randomly. The Pavilion is available to rent for weddings or other special events.
A courtesy phone is located outside registration for local calls. Long-distance phone cards are available for purchase at the Sundries & Souvenir Shop. Bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided in the unit. To conserve water they ask that guests use one set throughout their stay. Fresh linens or towels are available upon request. Beach towels are not provided. Concordia beach towels are available for purchase in the Sundries & Souvenir Shop. Parking is available on site.

Surrounded by the U.S. Virgin Islands National Park, nature trails connects guests to white sand and crystal clear blue waters of Salt Pond Beach where glampers will have unlimited access to outdoor water sports such as scuba diving, wind surfing, snorkeling and sailing. The Sundries and Souvenir Shop on site stocks T-shirts, ice cream, beach towels, bottled water, beer, snacks, toiletries, flashlights and batteries, and the little things guests may have forgotten to bring. There is also a Café called Café Concordia that during peak season serves breakfast, Sunday brunch, happy hour and dinner.
There is the option of renting snorkel gear and beach chairs for daily rent or weekly. Wi-Fi is available although they discourage its use so that guests can fully enjoy their nature-filled, city-free vacation. There is one house computer available for guests to check flights. Please remember, this property is on an island so connectivity is slow and sometimes not available.
There is a coin-operated washer and dryer are available to guests daily from 7:30 am until 9:00 pm. They provide bio-degradable detergent for guests use. All units have private decks with clothes lines and pins to dry beach towels, bathing suits, laundry, etc. In addition to laundry soap, they also provide bio-degradable hand, body soap and biodegradable dish detergent in all of the units. St. John is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The White Sand Beach at Salt Pond Bay is an easy 15-minute hike from Concordia via the Nature Trail, and provides fantastic swimming and snorkeling opportunities. Virgin Island National Park hiking trails are the perfect place to explore Caribbean flora, fauna, and history. The open air pavilion is the perfect setting for yoga, and every kind of class is offered so everyone can partake. Getting out on the water with a half-day snorkel sail or a sunset sail are wonderful ways to highlight a vacation. Sailing, off shore snorkel trips, scuba certification, dive trips, kayaking, and other water sports can be booked at the Activities Desk.
Visit neighboring islands with a private or group boat charter. Passports are required for all BVI excursions. The resort offers relaxing massage services in the privacy of their own unit or on the deck. Two or three nights a week whenever there are children in house they show a G or PG rated movie in the yoga pavilion after dinner. Everyone is invited to bring snacks and drinks and watch the show. Games, magazines, and books are available for borrowing. Guests are encouraged to leave books behind so that they may be available for future guests. Finally enjoy a 3-hour landscape painting class at Concordia lead by local artist Gail or Victoria.
