Escape the bustling streets of urban life and spend your weekend getaways here! The ideal farm stay NSW situated on 100 acres of beautiful landscape overlooking Lake George and wind turbine installations with wonderful horizons among seven creeks that run through it.

We are located just off the main Kings Highway on the way to the South Coast, making us an ideal stop on your way to Bateman's Bay. A sprawling, sloping garden and lawns with gravel driveways lead to this tiny home.

The Space:
It is located in a small town in Bungendore at the centre of the Southern Harvest Region. The ideal farm stay set on a 50 square meter concrete slab on the bank of our main creek, surrounded by wonderful natives and lush greens, with easy access but no visibility to the outside world. Across creeks, marked kangaroos, deers, ducks, alpacas, peacocks, and a huge chicken coop as part of the property.

Bungendore restaurants such as Le Tres Bon, Lark Hill Winery, Contentious Character, and Bungendore Woodworks are just a few of the nearby attractions. It's a comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the marked walkways, cycling routes, chicken coops, and animal enclosure.

Guests, however, will have restricted access to the land host's private residence. If you require assistance, please contact your host via message or call to respect the host's privacy.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Telstra, Optus, & Vodafone have good signal
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a few sheep and a horse to look after grassing paddock
- We also have a studio near the tennis court that is currently rented out
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Guest Advisory

- Remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We have a few sloping areas with walkways that are marked and accessible for cycling
- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under close adult supervision. Please exercise caution along bushland areas and waterways.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets, a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
