Tranquil Cabin Rental with Yoga Studio near the Beach on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast
This tranquil cabin rental is located in Roberts Creek on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast and can accommodate two guests. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and one half bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the sofa in the lounge can be pulled into another queen-size bed to sleep an extra two guests. The bathroom comes with a toilet, a sink, and a combination bathtub and shower. Linens, towels, toiletries, and bathrobes are provided.
The lounge area has a sofa, a dining table, and a fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a microwave. Guests can visit Cliff Gilker Park, where there are many scenic trails and bridges cutting through the forest and over waterfalls. One of the trails is even wheelchair accessible. Guests can hike, ride bikes, take photos, and view wildlife along the trails. The park also has a playground and two baseball fields.
Guests can fish, boat, canoe, and kayak along the Strait of Georgia and the Gulf Islands. They can also head over to Howe Sound for sailing, kayaking, and whale watching tours.
Guests can spend the day at Mount Elphinstone Provincial Park, where they can go hiking, mountain biking, and climbing. During the legal season, guests are allowed to hunt in the park.
Avid winter sports fans can visit the nearby Dakota Ridge Ski Area for skiing and snowshoeing. Guests who want to relax can book a Thai massage with the owner, or take part in a private or shared yoga class in their on-site studio. The yoga classes do not run in July, August or December.
The cabin is a short drive away from the town of Gibsons, which has many shops and restaurants worth visiting. The cabin is also close to a golf course where guests can play a round of 18 holes.

Candles are not allowed in the cabin. Guests are not allowed to wear shoes inside the cabin and are advised to leave them at the door. Guests are also prohibited from using the gas fire bowl to cook or to make loud noise after 10 p.m.
Guests are advised to keep the bathroom window open during and after showers as there are no fans in the bathroom. They are also advised to shower before entering the hot tub and to pour a little hydrogen peroxide into the hot tub after use to keep it clean.
