Villa Sky is a stunning waterfront villa beautifully located in the area of Skaleta, near Rethymno. Spacious, brand new (built at the end of 2019), stylish, and offering the most breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, this beachfront villa is set to impress. With 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and spacious common areas, Sky Beachfront Villa can sleep up to 12/14 guests in a classy yet cheerful environment and is the ideal choice for friends or families with children looking for a holiday in direct contact with the beach and the sea (which are just literally at your doorstep). The facilities of Skaleta are also within walking distance (including a restaurant, mini market, etc).

Inside, Sky Beachfront Villa is set over one floor. Measuring 220sqm, the interiors of the villa have been carefully designed to offer comfort and style. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 doubles and 2 twins, all air-conditioned and offering en-suite shower rooms as well as satellite TV. The welcoming lounge (with adjoining kitchen and dining area) has all the facilities necessary for a fully self-catering holiday. The lounge is also equipped with air-conditioning, 2 single sofa beds, and satellite TV. Big patio doors open straight to the waterfront terrace: a really amazing place to relax while enjoying the views! There is also an additional shower room with direct access from the lounge, perfect for guests or for the guests staying in the sofa beds in the lounge.

Outside, apart from the amazing sea-front terrace, Villa Sky has a beautiful patio with a private pool (measuring 6m x 5m – depth 1.2m), perfectly furnished with sunbeds, shades, rattan sofas as well as dining table with barbecue. This is the perfect location for delicious al-fresco meals. A playground for children is also available for the guests to enjoy. Off-street parking (free of charge) is provided.
