This is close to the Village Carrapateira , (1 km distance) Bordeira beach ( 1 Km) Amado beach 3 Km.
The studios are located near the main road EN 268 ( Please check the position of the studio and info etc... before booking)
A small accommodation of 28M2 ,comfortable and simple. is an open space downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with shower, on the top floor a double bed 140 by 200.
Outside you have your private space with chairs and table, as well there is a common area to share with the other guests .
We are environmentally-friendly and were built sustainable using natural materials. Supporting other local businesses is also very important to us and we incorporate this into the accommodation.
Monte da Cunca were originally farm houses and animal shelters, the earliest records for which date back to 1876. They had been abandoned and left to ruin for thirty years before they were bought by us in 2002.
In 2005 we began the major restoration project and people came to help from all over the world to generously offer their different skills and ideas.
Many of them were artists who contributed their creativity and artwork and even though there was much hard work, there was a beautiful energy as people came together and enjoyed music, nature, life on the beach and rich cultural exchange. Many love stories have their beginnings in the fresh sea air and beautiful light here.
In 2008 the restoration project was finished, the guest houses were ready and we began welcoming our first guests.

HOT WATER
Hot water takes time to get inside the accommodation, around 1 minute.
We run the hot water for all 8 studios with sun and when needed with gas, please let me know if you don't have hot water so we can change to gas
We kindly ask you to take the garbage to the appropriate waste and recycling bins which can be found in the neighbourhood on the road to Praia da Bordeira in front of Cabrita Restaurant
Cleanup​
​​-Don't leave pots, glasses and cutlery dirty, it takes us a long time to disinfect all, so it is a great help to find it clean, please note if we find it really dirty we reserve the right to ask for 50 euro for cleaning costs.

SMOKING
Smoking is forbidden inside the studio for special cleaning. We reserve the right to ask for compensation.
Please use the organic dish soap that we made available at the sink we also have soap is all organic and homemade
We also ask you to inform us of any defects or problems that may arise during your stay: we will try to solve it as quickly as possible.
. The water is from our well and is periodically checked. We are happy to drink it and avoid buying plastic, we also have alkaline filter water outside of the accommodation in the common area available for all of you!
