Located 1 meter from the Baltic Sea on a 9,000 square meter peninsula property on the island of Vårholma, while easily accessible by ferry all year round from Stockholm C or taxi boat. The setting's calming ambiance creates an ideal backdrop for meaningful connection, be it with a loved one or with the restorative power of nature itself.

Private Wellness Sanctuary: Rejuvenate in a personal spa, complete with sauna and an ecological spa kit made from Nordics finest herbs and berries. Add-on hottub can be booked 48 hours prior to check-in.

The main space offers a plush bed sofa that converts to a 160cm bed, ideal for extra guests. The small yet cozy bedroom boasts a comfortable continental double bed and a projector connected to Amazon Prime - perfect for your own private cinema nights.
Compact yet well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Clean, fresh drinking water straight from our private well.

Exterior:

Private dock with lounging area, spacious deck featuring isolated outdoor shower which keeps the heat in, sauna, and hot tub (add-on which can be booked up to 48 hours prior to booking). Incinerator toilet steps away from the main door which is very hygienic and odorless.
Portable cooking equipment which includes BBQ and pizza oven for outdoor relaxation and dining.
Hammocks and seaside fire pit for evening gatherings.
