The Space:
It sits in the tranquil neighbourhood of Bob's Farm with only a 6-minute drive to Wonganella Winery Estate and a 2-minute walk to Murray's Brewery. You can experience stunning sunrise & sunset views at the most exquisite vineyard retreats in Port Stephens, Hunter Region NSW.

Complete with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property—where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the entire vineyard, except for the land host's private residence. and other neighbouring residents close to the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

It is is located in Bob's Farm, a rural Port Stephens neighbourhood in the Hunter Region, NSW. Where you can explore restaurants, beaches, and other stunning attractions such as Stockton Beach, Worimi Regional Park, Sunset & Vine Restaurant, Murrays Brewery, and B Farm.

- Birubi Beach is a large sandy expanse with a surf club, cafe, and camel rides in the surrounding dunes.
- Anna Bay is located in the Hunter Region, where two great surf beaches: Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach.
- Tomaree Head Summit Walk provides a short, challenging hike and scenic views of Port Stephens, with a bench by the lookout where you can enjoy a small picnic.

- Pet cleaning fees applied for $30 per pet per stay
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have good signals. 2 degrees & Spark have weak signal
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pets droppings
- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
