Existing reservations keep the cancellation policy confirmed when they were booked.

Flexible (2026)

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before arrival.
You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival.
No refund at or after arrival. A 50% refund returns all taxes.
A full refund is available up to 24 hours after confirmation when the booking was confirmed at least 48 hours before arrival.
Arrival means 00:00 at the start of the arrival date in the accommodation's timezone.
