The Space:
The property sits in Bohena Creek behind tall pine trees in a quiet dog-friendly pocket with a secure 400-metre fenced yard that keeps wild pigs and foxes out.

The tiny house sits on land where kangaroos, rabbits, goannas, and birdlife move through untouched country. You are only 15 minutes away from the nearby town of Narrabri, so day trips to Mount Kaputar, the Australia Telescope Compact Array, Pilliga Forest, or Horton Falls National Park stay simple and fun.

The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny house and its outdoor space.

The tiny house zone is open for you to enjoy, and access to the main home remains private. Contact is by phone only, so we can arrange a guided tour or point you toward the free walking track that leads into 200 acres of bushland.

There are cattle in these paddocks, so it’s important to check in with me first before you head out to explore.

The Neighborhood:
The Property sits in Bohena Creek, where open farmland meets the edge of Pilliga Forest. The land stretches in long lines that draw your eyes toward Mount Kaputar and the volcanic shapes that rise beyond the plains.

Local tracks lead through timber country and sandy pockets that hold signs of wildlife and bird activity. Check out the Australia Telescope Compact Array, which adds a surprising scientific presence that fits naturally into the vast horizon. Horton Falls National Park features rough stone shelves and clear drops that reveal the more rugged side of the landscape.

Narrabri sits 15 minutes away, so you can reach cafés and supplies without losing the rural feel. The area stays honest in its mix of agriculture, forest, and wide-open sky. Paddocks and sky welcome you in and make the region easy to enjoy from the moment you settle in.

- Train, bus, or airport pickup from Narrabri available for an added fee

- Smoking is permitted 15 metres from the tiny home in the designated open area with seating
- Telstra and Vodafone have strong mobile reception, while other providers may have weak or no signal
