There is a sleeping loft with a queen-size mattress appointed with soft bedding and linens, and the sofa folds out into a twin bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided by the hosts.

The sofa is found in a brightly-lit corner of the rental, thanks to the French doors and windows that let in lots of natural light, and giving guests a sunny corner to get stuck into a good book or simply enjoy the views through the window. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, and a toaster, so simple meals and hot drinks can be prepared in privacy.
