Surrounding the property is an endless variety of outdoor activities. Guests should bring there own mountain bikes, as there is a five-kilometer round-trip track. There are also several walking trails and places to go jogging or running. The property also provides kayaks for guests -- both a single and double kayak -- that can be taken for a peaceful paddle in the Manning River to enjoy the nature and scenery. When the river is full, guests can paddle along Tiri Creek and under the log-beam bridge, approximately 10 kilometers downstream. From Septemeber through May, the river is also a comfortable and soothing temperature for swimming. The river is also deep and offers excellent fishing, so guests are encouraged to bring their rods and prawn bait.

A nearby campground has a river running through, where guests can take a tube ride downstream. There are also two golf courses nearby: The Wingham and Taree, both within a 40-minute drive from the property. There is a variety of Australian wildlife, from wallabies to kangaroos to Wed-tailed eagles, best viewed with binoculars. There's plenty to explore in this true blue Aussie paradise!
