Situated at one of the oldest wineries in the Canberra District, spend your holiday enjoying our property while watching the sunset and the see the stars at night rise above the mystic Lake George here! This is also a perfect place for you to enjoy wine tasting and meet local animals. For those keen on a sunrise, we have a hiking trail that heads up the mountain ridge.

During grape picking season, guests are welcome to join.

The Space:
It is the perfect family staycation at Lake George with a queen-sized bed. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people’s needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas.

Interaction with Guests:
Guest will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The Neighborhood:
It sits in the small town next to Lerida Estate which open 7 days a week , and short 10km drive from the Town of Collector. Where you can explore restaurants, cafes, wineries and activities. So make an endless list of the things to do and come visit Lake George Winery.

Getting Around:
By car:
- 30 min drive from Canberra
- 2.30 min drive from Sydney

By public transport:
- You can catch an UBER or /taxi out the Winery approximately at $100

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Breakfast is available at an extra cost of $40 per person
- Menu options include cereal, yogurt, and seasonal fruits

- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- There is another tiny house on this property which is also rented out, so expect some company from other guests
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
