This gorgeous cottage retreat is situated in the lush landscape of Manildra, New South Wales, and can accommodate up to six guests for a secluded getaway. There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom in this beautiful cottage. The first bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the second has one double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king double bed if guests prefer. The indoor bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower. There is also a fabulous outdoor bathtub with hot running water and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.

In the living room, guests will find a fluffy sofa and a plush armchair, a wood-burning fireplace, and a cable TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and all of the major and minor appliances guests might need to feel at home during their stay. Guests can enjoy meals around the formal dining table with seating for six.

Outside, there is a lovely bush garden with views across the rolling hills to Mount Canobolas, and guests may be able to have their own private bonfire in the yard if the season permits. Other amenities include a slow combustion heater, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, mobile reception, and a selection of books, board games, and puzzles. Additionally, guests will have access to a shared swimming pool during warm months.

The property is accessed via a dirt road and conditions may vary. Four-wheel-drive (4WD) is not necessary, but above average clearance is beneficial.

The property is a working farm on the edge of a real forest, so children must be kept in sight at all times to ensure their safety.

A $200 damage deposit will be charged and held until after the visit. This will be refunded in full, within a week of the visit, if there is no damage or breakages.
