This beautiful accommodation has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the two dams and strolls among the avocado trees. Please do not enter the machinery shed for safety purposes. A gas BBQ is accessible to guests and compost bins are provided to dispose of waste. Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. If you plan to spend some time here, we advise that you bring necessities such as food and water for your stay.

Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. This is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent to guests before arrival. For the safety of pets & animals on the property, please keep your pets on a leash at all times. Guests are recommended to travel in a private vehicle or book a v-hire.
