There are four bedrooms, with the master suite containing a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, the next two containing a queen-size bed each, and the fourth containing three sets of bunk beds. There are a further four trundle beds which can be placed wherever guests want, and two double sofa beds in the living areas for the remaining sleeping spaces. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets, as well as two half bathrooms. Towels and linens are kindly provided by the hosts.

The massive lounge area features plenty of comfy seating for everyone and a gas log fireplace to keep them warm. For evening entertainment, in the TV room, guests will find a wall-mounted TV equipped with cable, a DVD/Blu-Ray player, and 40 kids movies to keep the little ones entertained, and guests can also plug in their own media via USB/AV/HDMI. The sleek kitchen features a recently-installed gas oven and stove top, as well as all the other standards guests need to prepare their own meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleaning up afterwards. There's also a bar area with a sound system and TV for entertaining, and a laundry room so guests won't run out of clothes to wear on holiday.

Outside, guests can splash around in the pool on a hot summer's afternoon, before drying off and catching a tan with a drink in the secluded entertainment area with an MP3-compatible sound system. For a great change from the kitchen, there's a barbecue grill to fire up in a shaded area and a 20-seat dining table to enjoy al fresco dining at. There's plenty of lawn space for the kids to run around and a fenced-off area for the dogs to run around too. There's even a full length cricket pitch on the property to enjoy some friendly competition, and 100 metres of private lake frontage, as well as a pontoon, two kayaks, and two rowboats to enjoy.
