For the ultimate bush experience, guests can stay in one of these camping tents along the Daly River in the Northern Territory in Australia. There are two tents, each accommodating two guests with two twin camp beds. Linens are provided. Fans are also provided to keep everyone nice and cool on those warm nights. Additionally, there are chairs and electricity to power the lights in the evenings.

With a stay in one of these tents, guests will have access to the camp kitchen which has a gas barbecue, a cooking ring, and a kitchen sink. Guests can bring their own camp fridge which can be connected to power in the kitchen. There is hot and cold running water and guests are provided with drinking water which they can use to fill up their bottles.

There is an aboriginal community a few miles down the road which offers a medical clinic and basic services. At the site there is parking. Guests will have access to a shared kitchen which basic cooking facilities.

They will find themselves surrounded by native flora and fauna and tucked away at the end of a private road. The remote spot offers bird songs to wake up to and unspoiled starry skies to fall asleep under. The eco-friendly site has access to several natural ecosystems including the wetland billabongs, the savannah ecosystem, and freshwater river environments, among others.

These great fish can be caught from the river bank at the site or guests can explore this wild river by hiring a boat or using their own. Guided bushwalking tours are conducted in the Daly River Conservation Area where guests can explore the native flora and fauna. Guests should bring their camera as they try and identify the numerous species of bird found in this area. For those looking to explore at their own pace, there are maps and radios available. Evenings can be spent back at the site around a campfire under the twinkling stars while cooking up a storm on the barbecue.

Please note that Mt. Nancar is a remote spot in a remote part of Australia, there is no commercial passenger transport to the accommodation. Darwin is 225 kilometers north on good roads and the driveway to the property is five kilometers of four-wheel drive dirt track.
