For couples who love nature, this idyllic, off-the-grid cottage is located near Normanville on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. Accommodating two guests, it is perfect for a romantic getaway. The rental features one luxurious bedroom, complete with a king-size bed. Linens and towels are included in this cozy, nature-inspired haven. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower.
The snug and comfortable living area has plush couches around the wood burning stove, perfect for a good book and an afternoon of reading and relaxation. Large, bright windows allow sunlight to stream through, warming the inside and inviting guests to stay just a little while longer. A fully-equipped kitchen has all the basics and appliances including a stove, an oven, a sink, and a refrigerator while also being completely off-grid for environmentally sensitive living.
Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful gardens and walking paths as they meander throughout the property. An outdoor barbecue and fire pit add ambiance to any evening meal. The rental is set on several hectares of beautiful garden, and it is surrounded by the green rolling hills, as well as uninterrupted views of the region.
The cottage is private and away from the owners homestead on the greater property.
Basic breakfast provisions: muesli, pancake mix, ground coffee and plunger, teas, some milk, fresh spring drinking water.
Outdoor fire pit and firewood provided, and your welcome to scavenge dead wood from the forest.
