Designed by the Singapore-based architect Ben Redmond, the modern, minimalistic cottage has one bedroom and one full bathroom. In the bedroom, situated in the mezzanine loft, guests will find an extra-large king-size bed. There is also a sofa bed on which guests can sleep. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a daybed sofa, two armchairs, a smart television with free video streaming, a plywood ceiling, exposed beams, ambient lighting, and glass doors opening onto the cottage's deck.
