Guests have the option of a king sized bed or two singles in each of the three bedrooms. There is one bathroom that includes a sink, a toilet, and has a double spa with a large bi-fold window that opens onto the peaceful outlook of bush and the paddocks where the horses and wombats roam. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.

In the common space, guests will find a large leather comfy sofa to melt into while sitting in front of the grand stone fireplace, ample firewood is provided.
