Experience country life! Lake Eppalock, Mt Alexandra, and Mt Ida can all be seen from this ideal tiny house Victoria escape. As an added service, we offer wine tours and a lift into town for dinner and drinks at the guests' expense.

The Space:
It is located in the small town of Heathcote, Central Victoria. The ideal tiny house is set 100 meters away from your friendly host's private residence with your much-deserved privacy while you watch the grazing horses and alpacas, and other wildlife to keep you company.

A comfortable stay with the best sunsets with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your farm stay Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the fence line to animals which needs prior permission from the host. To ensure the well-being of our rescued horses who have faced mistreatment, we kindly ask our guests not to feed or pat them, as we are working patiently to earn their trust and provide the love and care they deserve.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

The Neighborhood:
It is located in Heathcote, a small town famous for its Shiraz wine and 40 minutes from the Bendigo airport and 1.25 hours from Melbourne. One of the best farm stay Victoria escapes in Australia.

Getting Around:
By car:

- From Melbourne CBD around 1.5 hrs to Heathcote. All bitumen Rd except about 3 km to Walker Rd but normal sedan vehicle can travel to the property

By public transport:

- Blue Wren Shutting Service is available for all transport for guests. Bookings are essential

- WiFi is available
- EV charging is not allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and Optus only
- Please be advised that we have horses and alpacas on our property
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the host's permission
- We ask guests not to feed the horses/alpacas without the host's permission
- Please remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Pre-orders

- Breakfast hamper is available at an extra cost and upon prior request
- Private wine tour and dinner at Heathcote must be arranged 24 hrs prior arrival and have to be paid directly to the land host

- No BBQ grill and no outdoor fire pit
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
