Guests can sneak away for a stay in this spacious retro cabin rental in a secluded setting overlooking the Gippsland Lakes near Lakes Entrance, Victoria. The cozy rental features two bedrooms and one bathroom and accommodates five guests. The first bedroom has a lovely queen-size bed while the second has a cozy double-size bed with a twin bunk on top. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a modern shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

The full kitchen provides glampers with everything they need in order to whip up some tasty meals. This includes a full refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and more. There is a dining table for six in the cabin and in the same room, guests will find a soft L-shaped sofa to sink into in the evenings while watching a movie on the TV. Warm evenings can also be spent outside around the fire pit after a day out on the pristine lake waters.

Each cabin at the site has plenty of space for parking. They all have outside decking and access to the private dock and beach on the lake. Inside, luxury linens and towels are provided. Air conditioning is available for those warm summer days. Entertainment includes a TV with a DVD player in each cabin. Extras provided for guests include free kayaks and life vests for those looking to head out onto the lake waters. We have completed a COVID Safe plan to ensure we have the knowledge, skills and equipment to provide our guests and staff with a safe environment. All accommodation is given a thorough clean by professional cleaning staff in between visits. This includes disinfecting all contact surfaces. All linen is laundered offsite at a commercial laundry. Guests are provided with a personal hand sanitiser on arrival. In addition we have installed extra anti-bacterial wash in the kitchens at each Retreat.

RIght at the site, glampers can birdwatch from their deck before heading down to the beach for a swim. Fishing is great right off the dock and those with their own boats can head out for a ride on the pristine waters. Kayaks are provided and glampers are invited to bring paddleboards and canoes, too. A sunset paddle will be unforgettable and there is even the chance to see some local Burrunan dolphins. Nature lovers can visit Colquhoun State Forest where there are excellent trails for hiking and mountain biking. Scenic walks are a must just a few minutes away at Nyerimilang Park with clifftop views of the lakes.

In Metung and Lakes Entrance, only a 15 minutes drive away, glampers can enjoy relaxing body treatments, endure yoga and calm meditation.

Those willing to venture further will find plenty more excitement within two hours of the site. This includes the renowned Buchan Caves which are waiting to be explored. Bike trips along the impressive Easy Gippsland Rail Trail provide spectacular views of the surrounding river scenery. Wildlife enthusiasts can visit Raymond Island to see the native koalas while those looking to take things slow can enjoy a day out on the Food and Wine Trail along the Twin Rivers.
