Welcome to this beach house on Harbour Island. This newly remodeled cottage is located just 200 feet from world-famous Pink Sands Beach, and a short walk from excellent beachfront restaurants including Pink Sands and Coral Sands. This accommodation is a spacious studio. The main room features a queen bed and a living area with a large sofa, arm chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Off the main room is a full bath with a walk-in shower. Its kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, regular coffeemaker and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware for guests who prefer to cook at home and dine in.Outside, It has a private patio with a coral stone floor, furnished for lounging and dining. There is also a wonderful private roof deck with sweeping views of the ocean, a stones throw away. It is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI and cable TV. We've just installed a back up water system.
