This property is located in Sao Luis do Paraitinga, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is based out of what used to be a 450-hectare coffee farm, in the middle of a mountain range surrounded by protected forests. The city of Taubaté is less than an hour away by car and is situated north-west of the property. Taubaté is home to several interesting museums, shopping, and dining opportunities. The coastal area of Ubatuba is approximately an hour's drive south-east of the property and boasts some amazing tourist sites, such as the Maranduba Beach and the Serra da Bocaina National Park, an incredible summit with hiking trails. Caraguatatuba is approximately two hours away by car, south-west of the property, while Aparecida is just over an hour's drive north-east of the property.

Bordered by the Serra do Mar State Park, there are many places to explore through hikes or on horseback. At Catuçaba, every trail and path has its own natural beauty. Guests can hike up the mountain to admire the view from above; find a river, a waterfall, have a picnic in the shade of a tree, or swim in one of the nearby lakes. There are three historical towns nearby that guests can visit to familiarize themselves with the authentic lifestyle and culture of the Brazilian people: the Catuçaba village, and the cities of São Luíz do Paraitinga and Cunha. Guests can ascend the tallest hilltop of the Fazenda, passing by sculptures and art installations. Upon arriving at the top, take in the 360-degree view and wait for the stars to start setting in. Guests should also visit the nearby Ubatuba area for the Maranduba Beach, the Serra da Bocaina National Park for hiking, and the Ubatuba Aquarium, which kids will love especially!
