Tamu is located on Pagoda beach, reachable by speedboat from Sihanoukville. You can find below all the options available to reach and to leave the island:
There are two speed ferry options:
Comes to our beach (often delays).
The price: 13,5 USD one way, 27 USD round trip per person from Sihanoukville to Pagoda Beach. You can book online or directly when you arrive at Sihanoukville pier.
Duration: between 1 to 2 hours according to the itinerary scheduled by the boat company (several stops before Pagoda Beach).
Departures from Sihanoukville: 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm (Serendipity pier or Royal Pier depends on the wind)
Departure from Pagoda Beach: 6.30 am and 3pm (it happens that the company cancelled the journey without any notice).
If these times do not match your schedule, you can take another speedboat company to another beach (such as Longset Beach or Coconut Beach). We can help you to arrange transportation from there to our place by mototaxis (around 8 $ per pax) or by longtail local boat (Between 20 to 50 usd according to availability and number of passengers).
As THE accommodation is on an island and the weather can change fast, we do not recommend you to book a flight in the morning of your check-out day, the speedboats may be late or cancel their journeys without notice.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DELAYS ON THE SCHEDULE OF THE SPEEDBOAT COMPANIES MIGHT OCCUR. HOWEVER, THE HOST DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY DELAY.
Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings.

The property’s optimal location, right on the shore of Pagoda Bay’s one-kilometer stretch of beach, is the perfect spot for a tranquil swim or a snorkel in the crystal clear and calm bay water. Guests will have the chance to witness firsthand the magic of the site where the Survivor TV show was filmed.
A plethora of recreational activities are available, from exploring the island by mountain bikes to encountering the fascinating array of marine life during a diving session or a snorkeling trip to hiking around the island or visiting a traditional fishing village. The property’s Front Office team is available and pleased to arrange a long list of activities for guests and to coordinate transport to various destinations.
When guests are ready to venture beyond Pagoda Beach and their glamping retreat, an abundance of easily accessible gems await. Hiking enthusiasts will love a trek through the jungle to Sok San, also known as Long Beach. From the main beach of Koh Toch, guests can trek for approximately 50 minutes through dense jungle before arriving at an uncrowded and pristine beach where their only company will be a few vendors selling beverages and other hikers seeking a wild beach.
Koh Rong’s little sister island, Koh Rong Samloem is located 4 kilometers away from Koh Rong’s South coast. Transportation via a ferry or speed boat can be arranged at the property for a day trip. Guests will love this quiet, unspoiled island, fringed by palm and casuarina trees. The island’s inland rain forest supports a diverse ecology ready to be explored and the thriving coral reefs are teeming with marine life. This is a great spot for those who prefer fewer crowds and incredible diving and snorkeling conditions.
