Making the location even more spectacular is that we are in the valley between the Rocky Mountain and Purcell Mountain range. Every adventure you can dream of is accessible from Camp Kootenay River. You can hike or bike from the campground, set-in your kayak or canoe or raft from the campground, or trailer to Columbia Lake or other nearby lakes, rivers – and hot springs.
