Hikers can also head to Mount Galiano, which is the highest point on the island and boasts stunning views. Guests could rent powerboats, mopeds, or kayaks when they are looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon. There is a fantastic sandstone photo opportunity at Retreat Cove.
There are many local shops and eateries waiting to be discovered on the island and guests are encouraged to visit Galiano Island Soapworks, for some homemade souvenirs.
There is a golf course on the island so golfers won't get too rusty.
