The first bedroom offers a double bed and has views overlooking the garden outside. The second and third bedrooms offer a large double bed in each room. Each of the three bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a TV with a blue ray player, shelving or dressers for clothes, two sheet sets, a bed lamp, and a side table. Cots are available upon request for any additional guests. The full bathroom offers a combined bath/shower, a sink, and a toilet. It is located directly off the living room in the downstairs area.
In the living room, guests will find two comfortable couches surrounding an indoor fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, a glass top stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. All the necessary utensils, cookware, and dinnerware can be found in the cabinetry as well as several pantry items. A small dining table with seats for four can also be found in the kitchen. Outside guests will find the porch, beach volleyball court, and the gardens in the yard.
