Based on the scenic shore of Batchawana Bay in eastern Ontario, this delightful cabin rental provides a private and peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway to the Heritage Coast of Lake Superior. The cabin has been designed with an Austrian-style architecture, which creates an enchanting alpine ambiance on the resort, and it comes with access to a manicured lawn and extraordinary views of the Bay.

It can accommodate up to five guests with two bedrooms that each feature queen-size beds and there is an extra futon available if required. Each bed comes with soft, quality linens as well as plush pillows and ultra-comfortable mattresses. The rooms are both located on the upper floor and each comes with its own private balcony where guests can marvel at the lake while enjoying a morning cup of coffee for a revitalizing start to the day. There are two bathrooms in the cabin for extra convenience, one on the upper floor and a full bathroom complete with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a hand basin on the lower floor.

Guests can prepare snacks and home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchenette as there is a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and a refrigerator plus a coffee maker and a variety of cooking utensils. After a day out on the lake, guests can unwind with their feet up in the cozy living area that also has a door that leads out onto an outdoor patio, which is the ideal spot to take in the fresh air while enjoying a good read.

The resort has a number of amenities that ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay including an on-site restaurant that provides top-class cuisine including some Austrian culinary delights. The restaurant comes with a free Wi-Fi service and guests have access to free parking, a communal fire pit and barbecue area as well as basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. The accommodation features a private balcony and a variety of kitchen facilities.

Guests can try their hand at a number of water sports in the Bay including kayaking, sailing, swimming, and fishing while friendly competition can be enjoyed on the on-site basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Batchawana Provincial Park is home to a variety of scenic hiking trails including those that cross the sandy beach and nearby Chippewa Falls is the place to be to admire the waterfalls of Chippewa River in a secluded part of Batchawana Bay. The property has a southeast exposure, which makes for the ideal conditions for stargazing and watching the planets appear above the distant hills while in August, there are several opportunities to spot the glorious dancing colors of the Northern Lights.
