Scenic views
This property is located in Eugenia, Ontario, where it is set on a gardened property bordering the Eugenia Falls Conservation Area. Encompassing 56 acres of upland forests, river valley, and Niagara Escarpment landscape, the conservation area’s main attraction is the waterfall for which it is named: a 90-foot drop of the Beaver River as it rushes off a rocky cliff and plunges into the Beaver Valley below. Both the river and the valley were named after the abundant populations of beavers who live in them.

The waterfall is one of 10 that dot Grey County; guests can visit them all by going on a 93-mile self-guided driving tour. Guests can also explore some of them along the Bruce Trail, a section of which passes through the Eugenia Falls Conservation Area. Other attractions in the area include Eugenia Lake and the Beaver Valley Ski Club. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, art studios, and galleries in and around Eugenia, Flesherton, Kimberley, and Markdale. The property is about two hours from Toronto, where the nearest international airport is located.
