The suite forms most of the lower, riverside level of a converted circa 1832 grist mill and has a private entrance and riverside patio with dining furniture. The interior is full of character and features hand-hewn beam ceilings, limestone wall, mill artifacts and original mill doors. The suite accommodates two guests with one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a custom-made farmhouse queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and plush linens and an electric fireplace. It is equipped with a smart television on a swivel that can be viewed from either the bedroom or the living room. The ensuite is fitted with a vessel sink, and a spacious, custom tile and limestone shower with a glass sliding door featuring oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Terry bathrobes, towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries are provided for guests to use throughout their stay. Additionally, the inside of the property is fitted with heating, a fan and air conditioning to give guests a comfortable stay.

In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to whip up some delicious food. It boasts a 1930's porcelain sink, an antique dish cupboard, unique mill artifacts, antique oak counter. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items.

Guests can chill out on the two reclining armchairs in the sitting room and watch the television. This room also treats guests to excellent views of the river from the three limestone windowsills. Guests can enjoy a meal outside on the private patio that has dining furniture, a fire pit, Weber barbecue & hot tub with private use of all odd hours. Kayaks, a canoe, a motorized peddle boat, paddleboard, bicycles and a Provincial Park pass are all complimentary and are provided from the May through October. Hot Tub with private hours is available year round.

Guests can relax with a book by the waterfall and riverside, which radiate peace and serenity. Alternatively we can provide guests with a canoe, kayaks, peddle boat and bicycles for exploring the river and our country roads. Guests can even take a dip in the waterfalls.

Additionally, dining and a riverside fire at the water's edge during the evening are great ways to pass time, as is a soak in the hot tub. During the winter, if the lake outside freezes over, guests can bring their ice skates, snowshoes, or cross-country skis for fun just outside the door or at one of the nearby conservation areas. Guests can spot an array of wildlife on the property including ducks, geese, otters, eagles, great blue herons, songbirds, turtles, and beavers.

Guests can visit the Sandbanks Provincial Park, which has a wonderful white sand beach and is a great place to spend a summer's day sunning and swimming with a free pass. The Thousand Islands offers breathtaking vistas upon various tour and dinner cruises leaving from either Kingston or Gananoque.

Wine and beer lovers will find themselves in paradise, with the Prince Edward County just 10 minutes from the property, which is Ontario's fastest growing wine and beer region. Guests can explore the many wineries vineyards and breweries where they can take a tour and sample the delicious local produce.
