This charming, pet-friendly cottage located in Northbrook, Ontario, is an ideal destination for a family gathering or a getaway for a group of friends. It is within close proximity to the stunning Lake Kashwakamak and has two docks, perfect for hanging out by the water and getting into the kayaks. This freshwater lake is also great for fishing, serving as the home to a wide variety of fish including largemouth bass, rock bass, yellow perch, and northern pike. Set in the relaxing countryside, other attractions include Myers Cave, the Kirk Cove, and the Bon Echo Provincial Park.

This lovely cottage by the waterfront is located right on the shore of Lake Kashwakamak. There are kayaks and a canoe that guests can use for free as they explore the stunning waters of this freshwater lake. Guests can also enjoy fishing as the lake is home to several varieties of fish species including bass and pikes. Also located nearby is the Bon Echo Provincial Park that features several local attractions such as Mazinaw Lake, which is the second deepest lake in Ontario as well as the Mazinaw Rock, which is a stunning cliffside by the surface of the water, decorated with several native rock paintings also known as pictographs.

A popular destination for tourists, guests can kayak or canoe towards the face of the rock, while the more adventurous ones can also climb the rock directly. There is also a trail that allows guests to trek to the top of Mazinaw Rock, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The location of this rock was declared a National Historic Site of Canada.
