About this place

This beautifully appointed glamping tent, based on a traditional prospector tent, is set near Algonquin Park, Ontario. With views over the serene Gilleach Lake, the rental sits on a private quarter-acre patch within a peaceful 108-acre property. The rental consists of a 15-foot by 20-foot, cotton canvas, fully-furnished tent on a 20-foot by 20-foot, elevated wooden platform. Inside each tent, guests will find a luxurious queen-size bed, and linens and towels are provided.

The tent's window and front wall have a full mosquito netting, and there is a three-piece ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. Each site also includes a small private dock, a fire pit with wood provided, and a furnished deck, the perfect place to sit back, relax, and to take in the stunning lake views. There is also a fully-equipped barbecue cookhouse within a few meters of the accommodation.

When guests arrive, the property's staff will meet them at their vehicle. They will load guests and their luggage onto their ferry and take them to their private glamping site. Guests will then be introduced to their accommodation and surroundings. After that, guests will be left in private to enjoy this peaceful setting, but the hosts are available by call or text.

The glamping accommodations at this property are exquisitely located right on a very private lakefront. Each of the three exclusive sites is situated on its own private quarter-acre within the 108-acre property.
