Mille-Isles

Get back to nature this vacation with a glamping trip to Mille-Isles, Quebec. The area is covered in gorgeous swathes of evergreen forest, housing spectacular flora and fauna, and crisscrossed with some brilliantly maintained hiking paths, suitable for any ability. Like so much of southern Quebec, the countryside around Mille-isles is dotted with lakes, ponds, and rivers, small and large, and glampers can have fun setting off on a hike, bike ride, or car journey, to discover them all. Take a trip to Lac Hughes and enjoy a picnic on the shores during the summer months, and in the winter months maybe even head out for some ice fishing. There are some welcoming bars to hole up in and enjoy a pint or two of the local beer, and friendly eateries where hikers can get a nourishing, locally-sourced meal. It's a great spot to kick back and relax in.
