The chalet is close to various activities in Lanaudière, for example, the Complexe Atlantide in St-Calixte. 💧

The large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the open air of the countryside. You also have access to a BBQ to grill your meals.

Rules for Dog Friendly 🐶
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Getting Around
🚘 It is recommended, when it starts to snow, to have a 4x4 or AWD car or good winter tires for a normal car, because there is a slope to climb to reach Lake Lili. We are not responsible for any problems caused.

Please note that this host will request a credit card for a security deposit of $1k and a signed rentals agreement outside of the platform. This is required to book and the host will not provide check-in details until this requirement is met.
