The Space:
✦ Our large chalet can accommodate your entire family. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, which offer:
Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds each with 2 Queen beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bedroom
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen and 2 single beds

✦ It has a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook and barbecue. In addition, it has a dining room and an outdoor dining area.

✦ The chalet has a projector, popcorn machine, pacman arcade, pool table and table football. Enough to spend hours having fun! Enjoy the spa all year round, and in summer the grounds overlook our small private beach.

✦ The wifi speed is 60 mbp/s. You shouldn't have any problems with remote working, watching Netflix, and video conferencing.

✦ By booking with us you will receive a guest manual giving you all the important information you need to know about the chalet, in addition to addresses, relevant activities and nearby shops!

Guest Access:
*WATER*
The water is not potable, so you should bring your own water to drink. However, you can take your shower without any problem with the chalet's water.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit, but we do not offer cable TV. In addition, there is a projector and an Apple TV. So you can connect to your Netflix account or other applications to project it on the wall.

* FIREPLACE / LOGS *
There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your own wood. You can buy them near the chalet.

🚫 Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbours.

Rules for Dog Friendly 🐶
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorisation.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
