The bell tents at this surf camp in Tamarindo Bay in Costa Rica give off a magical glow as they rest atop a raised wooden platform, lifting guests off of the forest ground. Cute, tribal patterns dot the outside fabric as it wraps around the length of the middle part of the tent. The inside set-up of the tents depends on how whether there are one or two guests staying inside teh tent, and both private and shared tents are available.

One tent type has two twin beds, one on either side, with a large wooden pole supporting the structure in the middle, creating a convenient place to form a circle around in meditation poses or perhaps for a gathering of friends coming together to enjoy good company and good times away from civilization. Another tent has a double bed with a see-through mosquito net softly hanging over it and a beautiful tapestry draping around it. The tents are hidden away in the forest, and glampers surely won’t miss those bothersome city noises for one second.

All excursions include a private glamping tent, breakfast and dinner buffets every day, daily surf lessons, daily yoga sessions, weekly excursions and surf trips, Liberia Airport transportation both ways, a weekly team surf tutorial, free access to surf and camp equipment, and daily and nightly shuttles to the downtown area.

This is the dream destination for any adventurer in search of relaxation and total disconnection in a unique and radical setting.

The surf camp is located in Tamarindo, which is a former fishing village in the Guanacaste region. It is a perfect place for those looking to practice all kinds of outdoor and adventure sports, especially surfing. The waters are clear and warm, with waves rising up perfectly and optimally. Tamarindo is known worldwide as a surfer’s paradise because of its Costa Rican Pacific waves and its fame for offering a young, international environment and magical landscapes.
