The two-story beach vacation rental is constructed from beautiful exotic hardwoods and offers unobstructed 360° views of the property and gulf. The second story offers open-air lounging with a private bedroom featuring a king-size bed and bathroom. There is also another half bathroom and a huge open living area with an additional sleeping area containing two queen-size beds and a convertible sofa.

The relaxing area includes a sofa, tables, and chairs. It also overlooks the tranquil Golfo Dulce, flor, and fauna below.
There is a private outdoor passive solar hot water shower among the botanicals and under the sky or evening stars. Glampers have the option of using the brand new passive hot water shower located upstairs. The vacation rental is totally screened and with solar powered electric lighting. It is comfortable and spacious where guests can enjoy a nice breeze from the Gulfo Dulce during the day and cool mountain air at night.

Developed sustainable, the electric is provided by solar charged batteries and mini-hydro electrical power. Hot water for showers is mainly from passive heating systems.
