If you are looking for “off the beaten path,” this is it! Our eco-lodge is small and intimate, offering four luxury safari-style tents. Our Glamping Tents When you choose to stay at our ecolodge, you will be ‘glamping’ in style in one of our thoughtfully appointed luxury safari-style tents. All tents feature electricity with ample outlets, ceiling fans, and deliciously comfortable beds and linens. Available in two sizes to cater to your preferences, our Medium tents offer an intimate setting for up to four guests with three comfortable beds (one queen and two singles), while our more spacious Large tents can accommodate up to six individuals in lavish comfort, featuring five beds (one queen and four singles) and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and basic cooking utensils. Each tent has a private bathroom just steps away, equipped with hot water open-air yet private showers, eco-friendly sawdust compostable toilets, and biodegradable bath products. We love nature and want to preserve it! Our shared spaces are designed to enhance your experience, fostering a sense of connection with both fellow travelers and the stunning natural surroundings. Our fully functioning communal kitchen area invites you to share meals and stories, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. OurLocation Esquipulas is located 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio into the rainforested mountains alongside the Naranjo River. The river and waterfall are just a few minutes walk down a trail from your tent. Esquipulas has just a few local families and is very quiet and safe. Mostly, you will hear the birds singing and the river flowing by. It is best to have a car to arrive at this accommodation. 4x4 is unnecessary, but the last 3.5 km of road is gravel. We are easy to find, and you only make one turn when driving from Quepos. We can also arrange transport for you; just let us know! About Meals Please bring your food to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen, or for a unique cultural experience, walk up to our friendly neighbor’s house for authentic and inexpensive.

Costa Rican food cooked over a wood-burning stove. Doña Luz is a welcoming host and will prepare delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Many of our guests say this is one of their highlights in Costa Rica as it allows them to connect with a local family and have a cultural experience in a local home.
