This charming airstream near the town of Mirepoix, France, is the perfect place for a couple to escape to, whether they are looking for somewhere to relax for a few days or for a base while exploring this stunning part of the world. With incredible views of the nearby Pyrenees surrounding the rental, guests can look forward to mesmerizing vistas of tree-covered hills and mountains every morning as they step outside.
Dating back to 1947, this unique rental has been lovingly restored to reflect its original style. The airstream is spacious, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed, and while there is not a bathroom in the rental, there is a washroom with a shower close by. The kitchen has all the basic supplies and cookware glampers need to cook up a hearty meal, and there is a large living room as well, perfect for a cozy evening in.
Outside the vintage Airstream, glampers can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area while tucking into an al fresco breakfast or they can take in beautiful sunsets while sampling a local wine in the evenings. As well as a table and chairs, glampers also have their own sun loungers to enjoy, perfect for a lazy summer afternoon.
The property features other airstreams rentals and few full hookup pitches and few simple pitches, a general store for basics and organic products. A very nice washrooms and hot showers, guests have even access to a washing machine. Also on site, there are a ping pong table, all sorts of other games and a forest to visit, noteworthy at this site a Guinguette Lounge Bar Diner with live entertainment on some evenings, a swimming pool... local soft drinks, beer and wine, tapas.
This is the perfect place to simply relax, mingle, and have a great time.
Menu of the Diner : homemade fries, organic beef or veggie burgers, daily specials dishes and salads, cheeses, homemade cakes, and local ice creams. Vegetarians welcome
Don't forget to order breakfast to have it served at your Airstream at the hour you wish, starting from 8.30. Fruit juice, hot drink, bread or croissant, yogourt or fruits, local jam.
